All products sold on this website are professional collectible models, not toys. They are intended for adult collectors and enthusiasts only. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Due to the delicate nature of collectibles and the complexities of international logistics, we only accept returns/refunds under specific circumstances:

  • Eligible for Return/Exchange:

    • Incorrect item received.

    • Severe transit damage or significant manufacturing defects that compromise the structural integrity.

  • Ineligible for Return/Refund:

    • Minor Craftsmanship Artifacts: As these are boutique/studio-grade items, minor surface marks (e.g., sanding marks, tiny bubbles, or support marks on 3D printed parts) are considered normal industry standards.

    • The “Big Defect” Guarantee: If you encounter a significant defect, we provide Free Replacement Parts. We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement to ensure your collection is complete.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair resolution for both the collector and our studio, a complete and uncut unboxing video is required for all after-sales claims.

  • The video must:

    • Start from the fully sealed original outer shipping box.

    • Clearly show the shipping label and tracking information.

    • Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous take.

    • Be unlocked and unedited (no cuts, no filters, no speed-ups).

  • Note: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be denied.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns or refunds will NOT be processed for:

  • Logistics Delays: Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, extreme weather, or other Force Majeure events.

  • “In-Transit” Cancellations: Refund requests made while the parcel is currently being handled by the logistics system.

  • Normal Production Variance: Minor surface textures common in handcrafted or 3D-printed products.

  • Post-Unboxing Damage: Any breakage or damage occurring after the item has been removed from its protective packaging.

4. Replacement Parts Service

If specific components are damaged during transit, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Based on the assessment, we will provide:

  • Free Replacement Parts for the damaged sections.

  • Alternative professional solutions to restore the model’s display quality.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is officially approved:

  • Funds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
