1. Shipping Origins & Methods

  • Origin: All products are dispatched directly from our specialized studios in China.

  • Method: We utilize Premium International Air Freight to ensure the safest transit for delicate collectibles.

  • Processing Time: Tracking numbers are typically provided within 2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard transit time is 10–25 business days under normal conditions.

2. Pre-shipping Inspection Service

  • “What You See Is What You Get”: We use actual product photography for all listings.

  • Personalized Inspection: If you require a video or photo inspection of your specific item before dispatch, please contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID immediately after purchase.

  • Deadline: Inspection requests cannot be fulfilled once the parcel has been handed over to the logistics carrier.

3. Force Majeure & No-Refund Policy

As a boutique studio operating on optimized margins to provide collectors with the best prices, we strictly enforce the following:

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: Terrorist attacks/acts of war, civil unrest, labor strikes, extreme weather, pandemic-related restrictions, or prolonged customs inspections.

  • Non-Refundable Delays: We do not accept refund or cancellation requests due to logistics delays.

  • In-Transit Security: Once a package is in transit, it cannot be intercepted or recalled. No refunds will be processed while the parcel is on its way to you.

4. International Taxes & Customs Compliance

  • Tax Responsibility: By default, taxes are calculated at checkout. However, international tax laws are complex and vary by country.

  • Personal Import Limits (EU/Global): Many regions (such as the EU) have individual import limits (e.g., €150). If your order exceeds these thresholds, additional customs duties or administrative fees may be triggered.

  • Customer Cooperation: It is the recipient’s legal responsibility to cooperate with local customs and pay any extra taxes or duties required to release the package. Failure to do so resulting in a “Returned to Sender” status will not be eligible for a refund.

5. After-Sales & Unboxing Guarantee

Statues and figures are fragile. To protect your investment, the following steps are mandatory:

  • The “Golden Rule” Unboxing Video: You MUST record a complete, continuous unboxing video.

    • Requirement: Start from the fully sealed outer box, show the shipping label clearly, and record the entire process with no edits or cuts.

  • Defect Support: If any damage or defect is discovered, contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID, detailed photos, and the unboxing video.

  • Disclaimer: Without a valid, uncut unboxing video, we cannot verify the origin of the damage and reserve the right to deny after-sales claims.
