1. Shipping Origins & Methods
Origin: All products are shipped directly from China.

Shipping Method: We utilize International Air Freight for all orders.

Processing Time: We typically provide an international tracking number and complete the shipment within 2 business days.

Estimated Delivery: Under normal circumstances, your package will arrive within 10–25 business days.

2. Pre-shipping Inspection Service
We pride ourselves on using actual product photos—what you see is what you get.

If you require a video or photo inspection of your specific item before it is shipped, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and request.

Note: Inspection requests cannot be fulfilled once the package has been handed over to the logistics carrier.

3. Delays & Refund Policy (Force Majeure)
As a boutique studio operating on thin profit margins to provide the best prices for collectors, we must implement the following rules:

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as strikes, extreme weather, or customs inspections.

No Refund for Delays: We do not accept refund requests due to logistics delays.

No Refunds “In-Transit”: Once a package is in transit, it cannot be intercepted or recalled. Therefore, we cannot process refunds while the parcel is on its way to you.

4. After-Sales & Unboxing Guarantee
Figures are delicate collectibles. To protect your purchase, please follow these steps:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: Upon receiving your parcel, please record a complete, continuous unboxing video (starting from the sealed outer box, showing the shipping label clearly, with no edits or cuts).

Defect Support: If you discover any defects, please reach out to us via WhatsApp. Provide your order number, photos, and the unboxing video. Our customer service team will assist you with a solution as soon as possible.
